To Process Returns or Exchanges:
You are important to us and we want you to enjoy your HeartHabits shopping experience. If you find that you require a different size, style, or color, or what you ordered is not quite right for you, we are here for you. Kindly send us an email (email@example.com) indicating whether you would prefer a return or an exchange, the reason for the exchange, along with your name and original customer order number, and we will issue you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and return instructions. We ask that you make your return within 30 days of original purchase. The item must be in its' original packaging with tags attached, unworn, and in new condition. Please note: we cannot accept returns on sale merchandise--all sales are final.
